DelSignore, Detlev  “MAX” 70, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on January 20, 2018.  He was the husband of Cheryl (Melillo) DelSignore.  Born in Shweinfurt, Germany he was the son of the late Anthony and Annmarie (Wagner) DelSignore.

He was a Dedicated Military War Veteran and served in Vietnam, he was a Purple Heart Recipient.  He was a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service before his retirement. He loved his four dogs.

Besides his wife he is survived by his children, Derec, Erika, Brianna DelSignore, and two grandchildren.

His funeral will be held on Friday January 26, 2018 at 8 AM from the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St. Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in St. Pius V Church, 55 Elmhurst Ave. Providence.  Calling hours will be held Friday morning 8 to 10 AM.  Burial with Military Honors will be in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to SPCA 186 Amaral St. Riverside, RI 02915, or Bristol Veterans Home, 480 Metacom Ave. Bristol, RI 02809
