Olivo, Faustina (Leo), 95, of Scenery Lane, Johnston, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2017 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice in Providence. She was the wife of the late Mario Olivo. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Marco and Filomena (Tomolillo) Leo. She had lived in Providence for years before moving to Johnston in 1988. She worked as a machinist at CJ Fox in Providence before retirement.

She was the beloved mother of Marcia Iacchei of Yardley, Pennsylvania and her husband Jack, and Mario A. Olivo of Johnston. She was the sister of the late Rosina Capaldi of Providence, Josephine Carbone of Greenville, Filomena Lasorsa of Johnston, and Mary Bouche of Providence. She was the cherished grandmother of Matthew J. Iacchei of Hawaii, Nicole Iacchei-Venditti and her husband Curt of Pennsylvania, as well as Aunt to many devoted nieces. She enjoyed her time with her grandchildren, teaching them to cook and bake her family recipes.

Her funeral will be held on Monday December 11, 2017 at 9 AM from the A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St. Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in St. Ann Church, 280 Hawkins St. Providence. Calling hours will be held Monday 9AM to 10:30AM. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Faustina Olivo to the Hope Hospice and Palliative Care Rhode Island, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
