Pierro, John D., passed away November 21, 2017 with his brother by his side.  Born in Providence he was the son of the late Vincenzo and Mary (Marafino) Pierro.

He is survived by his brother Camillo (Cam) Pierro.

His funeral will be held on Monday November 27, 2017 at 8 AM from the A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St. Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, 1 Cathedral Square Providence.  Calling hours will be held Monday morning from 8 to 9:30. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
