Steven P. Anderson 48, of Griswold, CT. passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, April 23, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Julie (Antoscia) Anderson. They were happily married for 19 years.

Born in Providence, he was the son of Carolyn (Sullivan) and the late Arthur E. Anderson, Sr..

Steven was last employed by Comstock Industries and AccessPoint RI (formerly The Cranston Arc).  He thoroughly enjoyed caring for others both in his work and at home.  His children were his life and he dedicated himself entirely to them as a father.  Steven was also a devoted husband.  His wife and their family were always his foremost priority and joy.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving children, Sean, Evan, Shannon and Siena Anderson. He is also survived by his devoted brothers, Arthur Jr. And his wife, Karen, and Dennis Anderson and his wife Stephanie, and his sisters Rhonda Anderson and Patti Gough and her husband, Eric.  He was uncle to nephews Derek, Darrin, D.J., and Lucas Anderson as well as his nieces Brittany and Briana Gough.   He was a grand-uncle to his nieces Mia and Bella Anderson.

His funeral will be held on Friday at 8:30am from the A.A. MARIANI & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St., Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. George Maronite Church, 1493 Cranston St. Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  Visitation Thursday 4-8pm.
