Ernest Savastano Jr

Ernest Savastano Jr., 87 of North Providence, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 2, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Catherine (Cendali) Savastano. They were happily married for 63 years.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Ernest and Catherine (Falco) Savastano.

Ernest was employed at Imperial Knife and Quill Pen Company for many years before his retirement

During his retirement Ernest loved to travel to europe and going to New Hampshire with his family. He enjoyed going to the Mohegan sun and Foxwoods Espically for the buffet.

Besides his wife, he is survived loving daughter, Angela Baker and her husband Kenneth; a cherished grandson, Corey Baker and a devoted sister, Maryanne Rubino. 

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, December 6th from 8:30-9:30am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 1081 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Flowers are respectfully omitted.
