Luz Vasquez

Luz Vasquez, 74, of Providence, passed away Monday March 13th.

Born in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala and came to the United States in the late 70’s to provide a better life for her family.

She is survived by seven children, Aury Navarro, Rony Navarro, Nery Navarro, Maricela Urizar, Marilyn Navarro, Elizabeth Figueroa, and Alicia Arenas; sixteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren; two sisters and a brother.  She was the grandmother of the late Brian Navarro.  She was a strong woman in the Faith and loved to worship and was able to do until her very last breath. 

Visiting hours will be at the Crossroads International Church, 1052 Newport Avenue, Attleboro, MA on Friday March 17th, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.  Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Providence.
