Carmen P. Silverio DeGomez

Carmen P. Silverio De Gomez, 64 of Providence, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 18, 2023 surrounded by her loving family at home. She was the beloved wife of Luis Humberto Gomez. They were happily married for 50 years.

Born in Montecristi, Dominican Republic; she was the daughter of the late Pedro Silverio and Maria Ramona Liberato.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving children, Juan Carlos Gomez, Luis Omar Gomez, Glenni Gomez, Madeline Gomez, Eliana Gomez, Daysi Gomez and Katherine Gomez. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Marcel, Elianny, Luisana, Enrique, Jencarlos, Elian, Jayvien, Angelet, Jazlene, Karlene, Adiel, Jayden, Gael, Emmanuel, Jaylan, Jadiel and Careem.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday, May 25th at 8:45am from the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Charles Borromeo Church, 178 Dexter Street, Providence. Burial will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Visiting hours Wednesday 5-8pm.
