Funeral Director/Registered Embalmer
Mike was raised in Barrington, RI and graduated from Barrington High School in 1983. He then went on to earn his BA in Sociology from St. Joseph’s College in Standish, ME in 1987. After graduating, he decided to pursue a career in the funeral industry and graduated from the New Institute of Arts and Sciences in Boston in 1989 with an AD in Mortuary Science.
Beginning his career in Portland, Maine, he returned to Rhode Island in 1998 to assist families in his home state, and to be closer to family. He and his wife Jane reside in South Kingstown, and their son Sean is an undergraduate student at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. When he is not working he enjoys going to the beach, golfing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Funeral Director/Embalmer
Carl F. Parmenter graduated from North Providence High School in 2003. He then worked at the Rhode Island State House, as a Legislative Aide for the State Senate, before joining the US Army in 2007. He was awarded the Purple Heart during his 2nd deployment in Afghanistan. Carl currently resides in North Providence, RI with his wife Jamie and children. Carl has recently graduated from F.I.N.E. Mortuary College in 2016 and is a LFD/EMB 01256.
Ambassador
Ron was born raised in North Providence. A lifelong resident there, he graduated North Providence High School and is currently an performer throughout southern New England and ambassador here at Mariani. He currently resides in North Providence.
