LINCOLN- Albert J. Neveu, 82, a 55 year resident of Lincoln, passed away surrounded by the love, comfort, and care of his dear family on Monday, October 19, 2020 at his home in Lincoln. He was the devoted husband for 62 years to the love of his life, Marie D. (Perrino) Neveu.

Born on September 29, 1938, in Pawtucket, Albert was one of three boys born to the late Joseph A. and Geraldine (Degrenier) Neveu.

A man of great faith and devotion, Albert was a devout Christian. He was a member of Trinity Assembly of God in Providence where he was involved in youth ministry. Most recently, Albert was affiliated with Victory Church in Providence, where he enjoyed going to church services and functions.

Through his deep beliefs in Christian teachings, Albert strived to make a difference in the community, particularly with the youth. On his own, he started Reach In Ministry, an independent youth program. He self-funded and ran this ministry on his own, touching the lives of many in the process.

After owning his construction business, Albert, along with his wife, decided to seek another venture in the realty and property management field. The two of them were the proprietors of A & M Realty, where they had the responsibility of maintaining and renting a great number  of properties.

Outside of work, Albert was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed fishing, hiking, and taking trips up to his cabin in the Sunapee area of New Hampshire. He loved collecting antiques and he enjoyed tinkering with his tools and crafting projects of all sorts. Albert and Marie were ardent travelers, having the experiences of taking trips to such destinations as Israel, Hong Kong, Belgium, Hawaii, and various cruises.
