Alfred T. Bouchard

Alfred T. Bouchard, 89 passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Joyce (Cimini) Bouchard. They were happily married for 66 years.

Born in Central Falls, RI., he was the son of the late Alfred G. and Blanche A. (LaRocque) Bouchard.

Alfred was a Mechanical Design Engineer for many years at Raytheon, The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute before his retirement. He also served as a radar man, second class in the Navy Reserves for 24 years. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family, as well watching the Red Sox, Bruins and Patriots.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving sons, Alfred Bouchard, Jr., Robert Bouchard and his wife Robin and Thomas Bouchard and his wife Kimber and a brother, Edward Bouchard.  He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Stephen, Theresa, Floyd, David, Sarah, Jillian, Jacob, Kayleigh, Christopher and Timothy and dear great-grandchildren, Zachary, Annalise, Celeste and Madalyn. He was the brother of the late René Bouchard and Rita Boucher. The family would like to extend its appreciation to the staff who cared for him at Milford Regional Medical Center, Countryside Healthcare of Milford and Cornerstone at Milford Assisted Living.

Visiting hours will be Friday, December 27th 9:30-10:30am at the A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am at St. Ann Church, 280 Hawkins Street, Providence. Burial with military honors will follow.
