Anna E. Creighton

Anna E. Creighton, 89, of North Providence, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was the beloved wife of the late Frederick W. Creighton.

Born in North Providence, she was a daughter of the late Lewis and Assunta (Ricci) Capobianco.

Mrs. Creighton was the former owner of The Yarn Gazebo, which she established in 1962 and closed in 2006. She loved her customers and considered them to be family.

She is survived by three children, Barbara DeSimone and her late husband Larry, Karen Palleschi and her husband Joseph, and Frederick Creighton and his wife Lynda; seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren; a sister Laura Nastari.  She was the sister of the late Louis Capobianco and Lucia Angell.

Funeral services will be private and burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
