Aspacia Xifaras

Aspacia (Tess) Kaissaris Xifaras passed away peacefully in Palm Beach Gardens, FL on July
19, 2022. Born in Wilkes Barre, PA she was the daughter of the Reverend Peter Kaissaris
and Coula (Pappas) Kaissaris. She was the beloved wife of the late George Xifaras. They
both resided and raised their children in Pawtucket, RI until moving to Florida.
Tess was a kind, selfless, compassionate and loving person who also had an incredible
sense of humor. She made many friends in Florida and was involved with the dozens of
activities and events. She was also an avid reader, and a wonderful story teller.
She used to say “a mother's love is always with her children” and it was. Tess leaves her son
Louis and his wife Cynthia, her daughter Carolyn Xifaras and son Peter and his wife
Rosemarie. She was also blessed with five grandchildren: George, Nicolas and Christopher
Xifaras and Michael and Zachary Gilbert as well as three great grandchildren, Logan, Noah
and Carmen Xifaras.
“Losing a mother is one of the deepest sorrows a heart can know. But her goodness her
caring and her wisdom live on like a legacy of love that will always be with us. May that love
