Barbara A. Albanese (Trudell) 80, of North Providence, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, May 7, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late James Albanese, Jr.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Armand and Helen (Acciaioli) Trudell.
Mrs. Albanese was a Registered Nurse at Hasbro Hospital for many years before her retirement.
She is survived by her loving children, Stephen Albanese and his wife Mary and Christine Giammarco and her husband Dante. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Amanda Garcia and her husband Francisco, Joseph and Nicholas Albanese and dear great-grandsons, Franky and Angelo Garcia and a devoted sister, Ann Hart and her husband Joseph.
Visiting hours will be held Wednesday from 9-10:30am at the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St., Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 1081 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
