Camille Adamo, 65, of Lincoln, passed away Monday August 23rd.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Josephine (Pastore) Adamo.
Miss. Adamo was employed as a Sheriff for the State of Rhode Island, retiring in 2002, when she was stationed at the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
She loved the beach, cooking, and going to Florida.
She is survived by a niece, Jackie Conlon and her fiancé Christopher Russell, Sr. of Lincoln; a brother Robert Adamo of Warwick; a sister, Linda Therien; two other nieces, Kristin Adamo and Michelle Adamo; two nephews, Robert Adamo, Jr. and Albert Pesce; a great niece, Giana Russell; a great nephew Christopher Russell, Jr; as well as other great nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be at the A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence, Friday, 9:00 – 10:30 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St. Ann Church, 280 Hawkins Street, Providence. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 205 Hallene Rd # 209, Warwick, RI 02886.
