Catherine M. Costanzo

Costanzo, Catherine M. (Manfredi) 58, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on November 20, 2019. Born in Providence she was the daughter of Mario Manfredi and his wife Madeleine, and Joyce (Britt) Manfredi. She was the longtime Companion and partner of William Murphy III. She worked for MIAA, (Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association) until her illness. She loved spending time with her family and friends; she was an inspiration to everyone that she came in contact with. She was a special aunt to her loving nieces and nephews. She was a breast cancer survivor. Besides her parents and companion, she is survived by her son Zachary Costanzo and his wife Katey Wright, her brother Joseph Manfredi, and her sisters Linda Dallaire and her husband William, and Diane Chianesi and her husband David, and the stepsister of Brenna Gantt. She was the stepmother to Jesse W. and Evan J. Murphy. She was the daughter in law of Martha Murphy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday November 26, 2019 in St. Aiden Church 1460 Diamond Hill Rd, Cumberland, at 10 A.M. Entombment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation will be Monday 5 to 8 P.M. in the A.A. Mariani and Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St. Providence.
