Clellie M. Williams

Clellie Mae Robertson Ives Williams, 90 of Cranston RI, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, January 16, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard L. Williams. 
Clellie was born on June 10, 1932 in Zebulon, North Carolina; she was the daughter of the late James Roberston and Clellie Earp. 
Mrs. Williams was a Nurse for the Rhode Island Medical Center for twenty years before retiring. 
She is survived by her loving children, daughter Bobbie (Craig (deceased) Vale, son James (Thelma) Ives, daughter Markise Ives, daughter Yvette (Brian) Kenner, and daughter Tara Williams- (Morerease) Briggs. Clellie was predeceased by her children John Robertson, Bruce Ives and Robin Ives. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Antonio, Christopher, A. Biancha and Khoury Robertson, Darryl and Bruce Gonsalves, Evelyn Dais, Richard and Raya Ives, Chante Hairston, Adrianna, Brittney, Mark, William, and Natasha Ives, Mi’ Asia Ives-Ocasio, Tyberius, Rome-Alyxander (deceased), Parys, Jayda, and Augusta Ives-Williams. Clellie has 27 Great grandchildren and 3 Great Great grandchildren and extended family and friends.
Clellie was predeceased by her siblings, (Brothers) James, John Wesley, Robert, Theodore, Frederick, and Paul Robertson, and (Sister) Mary Perry.
Visiting hours will be held Thursday from 9-10:30am followed by a service at 10:30am in the A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home located on 200 Hawkins Street, Providence RI. Burial will be private.
