Dante S. DeCristofaro, 93, of North Providence, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Marilyn (Seidel) DeCristofaro. They were happily married for 67 years. He was the loving father of the late Michael DeCristofaro.

A Veteran of the U.S. Navy, Dante was a man of many talents and worked hard to provide for his family. After owning and successfully operating Puritan Door and Window Company for many years, he worked for the Town of North Providence until he retired at 68. He was a loyal member of the Saint Anthony’s Council Knights of Columbus #1618, as well as a member of Saint Anthony’s Society. He will be deeply missed. 

Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving son, Steven DeCristofaro, with whom he resided; cherished grandchildren, Jese, Leah, and Justin DeCristofaro, a dear great-grandson, Dante DeCristofaro and a daughter-in-law, Linda DeCristofaro. He is also survived by several dearly loved nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was the brother of the late Americo and Robert DeCristofaro, Michelina D’Amico and Mary Almeida. 

Visiting hours Monday, November 22nd from 9-10:30am at the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St. Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am at St. Augustine’s Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Ave., Providence. Burial with Military Honors will follow at St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
