David Pho, 62, of Providence, passed away Wednesday February 23rd.

Born in Cambodia, he was a son of the late Yiev Pho and Phang Gnek

He is survived by a brother, Sampath Pho of Revere, MA; and a sister Samboeun Gee of North Attleboro, MA.

Funeral services are private and being held at the convenience of the family.
