Dorothy M Testa

Testa, Dorothy M. 96, of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at home.

Born in Providence, she was the beloved daughter of the late Felice and Maria (Berrillo) Testa.

Dorothy worked for Imperial Knife for many years before retiring. She loved to travel, a glass of red wine everyday and her famous saying was “Life is short just eat”. Her favorite past times were reading, playing solitaire and bingo.  To anyone who had the pleasure to meet or know her you immediately became part of her family whether related or not. Dorothy is survived by many nieces and nephews of which she spoiled all of them. She enjoyed a special bond and time with her niece Connie who was always by her side.  Dorothy was an Aunt, Friend and Mother to all. 

She is survived by her loving sister, Marie Baxter.  She was the devoted sister of the late Lucy DeLuca, Salvatore and Anthony Testa.

Visiting hours Wednesday, December 29th from 10-11:30am at the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St. Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12pm in Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 1081 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to:  St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN  38105.
