Elena Ida Albanese

Elena I. Albanese (Tortolano) 87 of North Providence passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at Heritage Hills Nursing Home, Smithfield. She was the beloved wife of the late John B. Albanese and cherished grandmother of the late Jordyn Albanese.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Domenico and Angelina (DelMonico) Tortolano.

She is survived by her loving son, John B. Albanese, Jr. and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late John, Vincent, Italo and Guido Tortolano.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, October 1st from 9-10:15am at the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am at St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence.
