Elizabeth Iovino

Elizabeth Iovino (McCarthy) 97 passed away peacefully on Monday, December 24, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Iovino and her late twin brother, Eugene McCarthy.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Justin and Agnes (Smith) McCarthy.

Elizabeth was employed at International Packing, Pawtucket for many years before her retirement in 1986.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Cheryl Iovino and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Edward “Mac”, Joseph, William, Justin and Marguerite McCarthy, Agnes Folcarelli and Helen DiTommaso and a late devoted niece, Barbara Munio.

Visiting hours will be held Friday, December 28th from 8:30am-9:30am at the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am at St. Agnes Church, 100 Chatham Street, Providence. Burial will follow at St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
