Evelyn C. Hartmann

Evelyn C. Hartmann (Cariglio) Hartmann, 72, of Charlestown, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 20, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.  She was the beloved wife of William Hartmann Sr. They were happily married for 53 years.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John and Doris (Chandler) Cariglio.

Evelyn worked for Stop & Shop for many years before retiring.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving children, William “Billy” Hartmann, Jr., and Gloria Hartmann; a brother, Mike Cariglio and sisters, Patricia Silvia, Carrie Cariglio and Michelle Chandler. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Sammy, William, Silvio and Gabriel “Gabe”. She was the sister of the late John and Frank Cariglio.

Visiting hours Thursday, June 24th from 10am-12pm followed by a service at 12pm at the A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence. Burial will be private.
