George Joseph Horne
Obituary
Horne, George J. 69, passed away unexpectedly on July 17, 2018. He was the husband of the late Pauline N. (McKay) Horne. Born in Central Falls he was the son of the late Rita Horne.
George served his Country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He had worked for the State of Rhode Island for over 20 years.
He is survived by a son Brian Horne, and two daughters, Deanna Horne and Sabrina Plog. Besides his children he is survived by his six grandchildren, and six sisters.
His funeral will be held on Tuesday July 24, 2018 at 8:45 AM from the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St. Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Raymond Church, 1240 North Main St. Providence. Calling hours will be Held Monday 5 to 8. Burial with Military Honors will be in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
