Giuseppe DiFusco, 75 of North Providence passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 5, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Grace (Africo). They were happily married for 49 years. Born in Italy, he was the son of the late Vincenzo and Angela (Biasucci) DiFusco. Giuseppe worked at The Worcester Company for 25 years before his retirement, owned and operated Johnston Aquarium Center and owned and operated Uncle Joe’s Frozen Lemonade Truck. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, loved music and photographing his grandchildren Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving daughters, Angela Prest and her husband John, Rose Hitzemann and her husband Russell and Anna DiDomenico and her husband Michael. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Ed and Victoria Prest, Tayla and Sarah Hitzemann and Angelica and Mathew DiDomenico; Sister Mary Guerrini and her husband John, neices and nephews . He was the brother of the late Antonio DiFusco, Domenico DiFusco, Tony DiFusco, Giovanna Morrelli, Philomena DiCerbo. Visiting hours will be Tuesday (MORNING) 8:30-10am at the A.A. MARAINI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am at St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
