Henry L. Johnson

Henry L. Johnson, 64 of Providence passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Sylvia (Brown) Johnson. They were happily married for 39 years.

Born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Richard Johnson and Ella (Smith) Turner.

Henry was a toolmaker for many years before his retirement. He was also an Army Veteran.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his step-mother, Bertha Joyce Johnson and his loving children, Terrence Brown, Henry L. Johnson, Jr., Kimiko Johnson and Kenneth Johnson; siblings, Catherine Briggs, Richard Johnson, Sr., Eric Johnson, Darlene Johnson, Rosie Miller, Allen Johnson and George Turner. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Alizie Johnson, Daylin Johnson, Alexis Johnson and Kýli Johnson.

Visiting hours will be held Monday, July 30th from 9-11am followed by a funeral home service with military honors at 11am. Burial will be private.
