Jacquelyn Anne Smith

It is with great sadness that the family of Jacquelyn Anne Smith (nee Trisvane) announces her passing, on Saturday, December 1, 2018, at the age of 54 years. Jacquelyn will be forever remembered by her mother Anna Trisvane, husband Keith Smith, two sons Kendall and David Hood, siblings Yvonne (Trisvane) Saab, Roxanne (Trisvane) Lucas (late), and Marcel Trisvan, Marcus Walker, Anita and Ann Jones, Tamika Bamdele and Anthony Trisvane.  Jacquelyn affectionately known as Jacqui will be forever remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends as loving, giving, intelligent, independent, strong-minded and witty.

Visiting hours will be held at  A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St Providence RI, on Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick’s Church, 244 Smith St Providence RI at 11am.  Burial will be private.
