October 7, 1955 ~ January 4, 2021 (age 65) 65 Years Old

Obituary

Riley, James H., 65 of North Providence, passed away on Monday,

January 4, 2021. Raised in  West Warwick he was the son of the late

Richard and Irene (Laprade) Riley and Son in law of the late Paul and

Lucrezia Forte of Providence.

Jimmy leaves his partner Diane Meisner and former wife Mary (Forte)

Riley, Father of James Riley and the late beloved Daniel Paul

Riley[Jean ] .Papa to his cherished grandchildren, Daniel Jr,, Evin and

Damian

He is also survived by his siblings, Christine Cournoyer of Connecticut

Jeanne Riley, Michael Riley and his wife Barbara, Anne Marie Zampa

and her husband Anthony, Kathleen Malikowski and Thomas Riley also

the late Richard Riley and Celeste Shute- brother in law of Philip and

Isabelle Almagno of Colorado and the late Joseph Forte .and uncle to

many nieces and nephews .

Jimmy was a employeed by the state of RI and also was a

chauffeur for many local companies

Jimmy loved the outdoors and sharing his adventures whether about

his ,fishing, hunting or hiking with his grandsons to his secret mushroom

spots . He also enjoyed traveling and enjoying the many miles riding his

motorcycle with his brothers and friends.

Jimmys spirit and presence was always larger than life. His

adventures ,laughs and love will never be forgotten he will be sorely

missed.

Visiting hours will be Saturday, January 16th from 9-10am at St. Ann’s Church, 280 Hawkins St. Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am. Burial will follow at St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
