Jean A. Swider

Jean A. Swider, 75, of Providence passed away peacefully on Friday, February 7, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Anna (Sciotto) Nevoso.

She is survived by her loving children, Tammy Smyth and her husband Stephen, Allen Swider and his partner Kevin and Wayne Swider and his wife Lisa Swider and sisters, Joyce DiOrio, Joan Estrella and June Mann.

She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Kristen Orsini and her husband Larry, Megan Verhey and her husband Harry, Ashley Viera and her husband Brandon and Courtney Swider and dear great-grandchildren, Jaxon and Eli Orsini.

Her funeral will be Wednesday, February 12th at 8am from the A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9am at St. Agnes Church, 100 Chatham Street, Providence. Burial will follow at St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-7pm.
