Lucy Richter

Lucy C. Richter (Costello) 96 of North Providence passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. 

Born in North Providence, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Louise (Ruggiero) Costello.

She is survived by a son, Angelo Richter and his wife Catherine and a brother, Michael Costello.  She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Melissa, Angelo Jr., and Louise and 8 dear great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Charles, Antonio and James Costello, Sue Phillips, Frances Mattia, Carmela Starzynski, Ann Knowles Maksad and Joan Montellanico.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 21st at 11am at St. Anthony’s Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Burial will follow at St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
