My family:

Let’s celebrate with joyful memories what Luis Miguel was in life. A wonderful father, good friend and the most beautiful man that the Lord gave us. Yes, he will be missed. Because the love never dies, he will remain in our hearts for ever.

Luis, Natasha, Lillian my love and sincere condolences to you. I understand that this moment is hard to believe, but the Lord will always be there for you.
Cherish the good moments and love you had with your dad.

Dear Natasha, Lillian, Luis and Torres Family,

As words cannot express the heartache you are experiencing, these simple words I write now fail to relay how my heart truly weeps for you all. I remember your father was not a man of many words. He did not need them to make a lasting impression. He possessed a quiet grace, genuine kindness and effervescence that cannot be forgotten. Most memorable of all was his enduring love for you, his children, a love that shines brightly in your smile and every step you take in your life. Your bond with one another is a rare gift that transcends time and will never fade. Today I light a candle in honor of your father’s life and that special bond you share. May the flame burn as brightly as his spirit in celebration of the joy and love he brought to this world.

With a heavy heart, wishing I could be there to offer my condolences and support in person, holding you all in my thoughts and prayers.

All my love,
Meg

Miguel, more than a cousin he was like a dad. He will be missed but the sound of his laughter will be in my heart forever. I pray for all he left behind to find peace and know he will be with you always in heart and spirit. Love, Adriana

Rest in peace my friend. May your light shine bright high in the heavens. When I saw you last as usual you put a huge smile on my face with your candid humor. You are one in a million and you were going to be missed greatly... I met you many years ago coming into the city when I was working at the Providence Eagle talking candidly about sports and everything and everything from women to politics... most of all I'm going to miss your smile your ability to always make me smile. And when I say one in a million it's more like one in a billion. There's nobody else quite like you. I'm so sad of your passing mostly for your family... this was very unexpected.. you were the same age as my father when he passed he was also 57 years old almost 58. Way too young!! Papi aka Luis Miguel Torres, until we meet again every time I go out from here on I will salute you with a shot of Patron...
