Manuel L. Victorino, 68, of North Providence, Rhode Island passed away Monday, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Hydee Casas Victorino for 44 years.
Born in Bicol Philippines, he was the son of Lauro Victorino (deceased) and Juana Victorino.
Manuel Victorino served in the Philippine Air Force for 25 years and retired as Master Sergeant. He had a green thumb and loved tending his garden. He was a great cook and enjoyed being outdoors. He will be remembered as a loving family man who enjoyed spending time with his loved ones.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his six children, Hazel Garcia, Ryan Victorino, Sheryl Mae Victorino, Theresa Laura Victorino, Maria Isabel Ko, and Ruzel Diane Victorino; eight siblings, Georgina Lee, Margarita Librea, Ramon Victorino, Severo Victorino, Ernesto Victorino, Danilo Victorino, Renato Victorino, Lani Elon and the late Lauro Victorino Jr. Seven grandchildren Abegail Joy, Justin Benzel, Trisha Mae, Kimberly Anne, Francesse Leira, Andrea Fern and Jacob. As well as his three fur babies Minnie, Keera and Gucci.
Visiting hours is on Wednesday, April 14th, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence, Rhode Island. The funeral will begin at the funeral home on April 15th, at 9:00am to be followed by a Catholic Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am at St. Augustine Church, 635 Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Providence, RI. Burial will take place at the Elm Grove Cemetery, Mystic, Connecticut at 1:00pm.
