Mary R. Fera

Mary Fera, 92, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2022  at The Village at Waterman Lake. She was born on October 29, 1929 to Nicola and Mary Volpicella.  Mary is predeceased by her first husband Michael Cervone and her son, Michael Palmer Cervone; by her second husband, Victor Fera and her brother-in-law Albert Norberg.

She leaves her devoted sister, Rose Norberg, her niece Leslie Chasse of CT and her husband Donald Chasse; great nieces and nephews Nicole Pacheco and her husband Jordan Pacheco; Donald Chasse, Jr., Leah Chasse, and Justin Chasse; sister-in-law Diana Lepore of NJ and nieces Fran Valentini and Helen Lepore; great niece and nephew Bianca Valentini and Steven Valentini; and great great nephew and niece Jayden and Evalyn Pacheco.

Mary lived in Lincoln, RI and in Florida. She loved the warmth of the sun and being close to the ocean. She had impeccable taste and style. She will always be remembered as a grand lady with a kind and gentle nature.

Visiting hours will be at the A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence, Saturday, June 18, 2022 from 9:30 am – 11:00 am, followed by a service at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hope Health Hospice & Palliative Care, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
