Neftali Rodriguez

Neftali Rodriguez, 96 passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at the Isabella Nursing Home, New York. He was the husband of Rosal Julia Amarante (Taveras) Rodriguez.

Born in Dominican Republic, he was the son of the late Julio Polanco and Candida Rosa Rodriguez.

Neftali worked as a Cab Driver in the Dominican Republic and then as a Security Guard in New York, New York.

Besides his wife he is survived by 6 children, Maximo Rodriguez, Rosa Rodriguez, Fermina Rodriguez, Yiselda Rodriguez, Altragracia Rodriguez and Anerta Rodriguez and his late son Elvis Rodriguez. His 15 grandchildren Yumilda, Yokatia, Ilkania, Ranlec, Rosandris, Aniris, Andres E, Ismailin, Faith, Maximo Jr, Joel, Nicole, Michelle, Massiel and Barbie and 11 great- grandchildren Ranlec Andres, Raphy Vladimir,  Shaelin, Albert, Geraldo, Karlene, Nicholas, Janiel, Natahaniel, Zaryah and Maxwell.

Visiting hours will be held Friday, August 31st from 9-10am at the A.A. MARIANI & SON FUNERAL Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am at Blessed Sacrament Church, 179 Academy Avenue, Providence. Burial will follow at North Burial Ground, Providence
