Rita E. Ramos

Rita E. Ramos (Farrow) 71, of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 8, 2022 at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the former wife of the late Mathias Ramos.

Born in Newbury, South Carolina, she was beloved daughter of the late

(Rev.) Clarence Farrow and Hattie Idella (Cole) Farrow. She also, served as a devote member of the Holy Cross Church of God and Christ United.

She obtained a degree from CCRI and later attended URI and RIC.

Rita is survived by her loving children, Brandon Ramos and Britney Ramos and devoted sisters, Mary R. Farrow and Peggy A. Garrett and sisters’ in-law, Elizabeth Farrow, Dolores Farrow and Cynthia Farrow. She also, leaves nieces, Princess Garrett, Gina Farrow and Robin Lang Farrow and great-nieces, Nya Lang and Nadiah Lang and a nephew Levi Garrett.  She also, leaves behind several stepchildren. She was the sister of the late Robert Earl Farrow.

Visiting hours will be held Friday, August 19th from 10am-12pm followed by a Funeral Home Service at 12pm. Burial will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.
