Robert F Otrando

Otrando, Robert F. 83, passed away peacefully on July 29, 2018 with his family by his side. Born in Pawtucket, RI he was the son of the late John and Marietta (Viscone) (Otrando) Burns.  He was the step son of the late William Burns.

Robert proudly served his country in the United States Navy, he then went on to work for the United States Postal Service as a letter Carrier.  He loved gardening, cooking, boating and spending time on the water, and most especially spending time with his loving family.

He was the father of Robert F. Otrando and his wife Anntinette, Margaret Clark, and John Otrando and his wife Nanci.  He was the loving grandfather of Chrysan and her husband David, Derek, Robert, and his wife Kristen, Vincent, Katie, Nicholas, Angela, and Catherine.

Great grandfather to Adryannah, Giavanna, Domenic, Santino, Jameson, Jaxon, Julian, and Zoey.  He was the brother of William Burns Jr and his wife Dee, Anthony Otrando, and Patricia Foley.  Also survived by a sister in law Patty Otrando.  He was the brother of the late John Otrando, Richard Otrando, and Barbara Otrando Bailey.

His funeral will be held on Thursday August 2, 2018 at 8:45 AM from the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St. Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Ann Church, 280 Hawkins St. Providence.  Calling hours will be held Wednesday 5 to 8.  Burial with military honors will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
