On Sunday July 16, 2017 Sheri Chapman Ragland, 47 departed this life at Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island. The daughter of the late Elsie Chapman and Edward Hull, she was born on August 1, 1969 in Trenton, New Jersey.

Sheri was educated in the Public School System of Trenton, New Jersey. She graduated from Nasson Institute in Pawtucket Rhode Island. She was employed by Waterview Villa where she worked for the last 16 years. Sheri’s death is a deep sense of loss, both to her family and friends.

She leaves to mourn her passing a nephew Darris Harrington, a niece Beverly Harrington several great nieces, nephews and a host of friends and family.
