Tony E. Ghali, 80 of North Providence, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 1, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Madelene (Tasho) Ghali. They were happily married for 58 years.
Born in Homs, Syria, he was the son of the late Elias and Cecile (Hamway) Ghali.
Tony was a barber for many years before retiring.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving children, Cecile Wojcicki and her husband Joe, Eli Ghali and his wife Angela, Mike Ghali and his wife Marianne and Andrew Ghali and his wife Amanda; sisters, Nadia, Romante and Analla. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Maranda, Merrick, Eli, Ariana and Oakley.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, July 6th at 10am in St. Ephraim Syriac Orthodox Church, 215 Washington St., Central Falls. Burial will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Visiting hours Tuesday at St. Ephraim Syriac Orthodox Church from 5-8pm. Any flower donations, please have delivered directly to St. Ephraim's Church.
