Vincent A. La Greca
Obituary
Vincent A. La Greca, 78, of Cranston, passed away Sunday, November 6th.
Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Carmine and Clementine (Costanzo) La Greca.
He graduated from Roger Williams University with a degree in Engineering, and took graduate courses at Providence College.
Mr. La Greca was employed by Electric Boat in Groton, CT, and then had 27 year career with the Providence Water Supply Board, retiring in 2014.
He was a Vietnam Era Veteran serving honorably in the United States Air Force, and he was a car enthusiast.
He is survived by a sister, Beatrice Rose Moretti and her husband Joseph; three nephews, Joseph Moretti, Stephen Moretti and his wife Kimberly, and Anthony Moretti; two great nieces, Catherine Moretti and Milla Moretti; and a great nephew, Mattias Moretti.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 12th at 10 am at the A.A. Mariani Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
