William E. Parsons Sr. “Earl” 51, of Providence passed away peacefully at the Beth Israel Medical Center in Boston on Monday, June 17, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Michelle (Thompson) Parsons. They were together for 27 years and happily married for 17 years. He was the loving father of the late William E. Parsons, Jr., “Eddy”.
Born in Bronx, NY. He was the devoted son of Treze Martin and Kathy P. Baker. Earl was a woodcutter for Atlas Pallet, Inc. in Harrisville, RI. He also worked in construction. Earl graduated from Mount Pleasant High School.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving daughters, Tatiyana M. Parsons and Kiyana M. Parsons. He is also survived by his devoted siblings, Theresa Brown, Brenda Felder, Treze D. Parson, Kathy L. Baker, and Sacha L. Montgomery. He also leaves behind his mother-in-law, Pauline Thompson, aunts, uncles, cousins, and brother and sister-in-laws that will truly miss him.
Earl was a devoted family man, who respected all. Earl’s passion was spending time with his wife and kids. Earl’s favorite pastime was watching sports with his son, the late William E. Parsons, Jr. “Eddy”. Earl and Eddy frequently attended WWE events at the Dunkin Donuts Center, watched basketball, wrestling, and boxing at home. Earl and Eddy loved Hip Hop music, their favorite artist was 2Pac.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, June 27th from 9-11am followed by a funeral home service at 11am at the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence. Burial will follow at North Burial Ground, Providence.
