Yoey S. Russell Jr

Yoey S. Russell Jr., 5, gained his angel wings on Sunday, November 6, 2022, surrounded by his family and loved ones.

He was the son of Angelina Rios-Russell and Yoey Breton.

Yoey attended Kindergarten at Robert F. Kennedy School in Providence.

Yoey was an absolute sweetheart with a great sense of humor and infectious ability to make those around him happy with a smile that brightened any room he entered! You would often find him dressed as his favorite characters Sonic and Tales, running around the house with his baby brother or playing with Talking Tom. He enjoyed eating shrimp with Spanish rice and pulling up a chair to the counter so he could sneak snacks and sweet treats. Though just five years old, he was very independent and would rarely ask for help when it came to new things he’d encounter. He loved going to school and would always talk about his friends and everything he did during his school day. Taken too soon, he is now the cutest little angel of God that will forever live in our hearts. We love you so much Yoey!

Aside from his mother and father, he is survived by his loving brothers, Noel, Santiago and Nazirius a grandfather, Salddry Rios a godmother, Alana Rios two God sisters and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Yoey’s funeral and burial will be private.
